I do not know about you, but my birthday is always at the same time. In the end of January, which is not the best time to travel, but when you live in northern Europe then any trip to the south is more than welcoming. So, I booked us a trip to Milan, Italy.
Just a day after lovers’ day in February we celebrate our anniversary of being together. Usually we just go out for a dinner and a drink. Nothing special, but this is how Debeli widens his views regarding culinary industry, I have a blog theme, and together we still end up eating something. What does Christmas mean for you? This was the title of a chapter in my Norwegian language book and there were some very interesting thoughts about that. The usual answers were: family, Christmas tree, presents, snow….I say food. And stress 🙂
Solsiden or Sunny side restaurant is situated on the afternoon sunny side of Oslo’s harbor, just below Akershus fortress. It’s a summer restaurant that opens its door every May all the way till September so you will have to wait till next opening season for a visit, but until then enjoy the review.
